Managing Risk Analysis


This course provides training for  Risk Management solution ( using Primavera/MS project and few other Management Software ).....

Participants will gain a thorough background in the basic concepts of risk management. This three-day class leads you through examples of specific risk modeling techniques and provides a lab-style workshop on the third day to allow students to apply the learned techniques.


Learn to:

  1. Use a Risk Register to assess risks qualitatively or quantitatively
  2. Run a risk analysis
  3. Use a Risk Register to propose, evaluate and justify mitigation
  4. Track planned mitigation with the rest of the project
